WASA Rawalpindi holds open court to address water and sewerage complaints

Rawalpindi: Managing Director WASA Rawalpindi Azizullah Khan held an open court at the Commercial Market office to directly address public complaints related to water supply, sewerage blockages, drainage, and billing issues. Citizens from various areas participated and presented their concerns, which were heard in detail. The MD issued on-the-spot directives to relevant directors and officers to resolve issues on a priority basis and ensure timely relief. He emphasized strict monitoring of complaints and warned that negligence or delays would not be tolerated. Authorities stated that such initiatives aim to improve service delivery, enhance accountability, and provide immediate solutions to urban utility challenges in the city.
