Punjab reviews PP-153 development projects, orders timely completion

Lahore: Provincial Health Minister Khawaja Salman Rafique chaired a review meeting on development projects in PP-153, directing authorities to ensure completion within set deadlines. Officials briefed that projects worth over Rs 4.5 billion, including trunk sewerage from Harbanspura to Phatak Saddar Cantt, along with water supply, tube wells, and street rehabilitation schemes, are progressing rapidly. Representatives from WASA, MCL, and NESPAK participated in the meeting, highlighting ongoing work aimed at improving civic infrastructure. The minister emphasized strict field monitoring, transparency, and immediate resolution of public complaints. Authorities stated that these projects will significantly enhance municipal services, ensuring better living conditions and improved urban infrastructure for residents of the area.
