Punjab to Digitize Investment Process, Launch Export-Led ‘Pivot’ Programme

Punjab: Under the vision of the Chief Minister of Punjab, the province has taken steps to simplify and digitize the investment process. A one-window operation is being implemented through the Pakistan Business Portal at the federal and provincial levels to reduce the need for investors to visit multiple government offices. Senior Provincial Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb said the Chief Minister will formally launch the innovation and export-led programme “Pivot” on the 29th. The programme aims to support small, medium and large-scale manufacturing through improved access to finance, an easier regulatory framework and a business-friendly environment.
