Dubai: Ellington Properties, in partnership with Al Hamra Group, has unveiled Berkeley Tower, a premium commercial development valued at AED2.8 billion in Dubai’s Business Bay district. Announced on October 20, 2026, the project represents Ellington’s largest and tallest commercial development to date.
The proposed tower will rise more than 60 floors and feature 109 premium Grade A offices, offering modern workplaces for businesses and investors. Its location in Business Bay will provide access to Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown Dubai, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and the city’s wider transport network.
The project will include five levels of business, wellness and lifestyle facilities, such as meeting rooms, business lounges, fitness spaces, landscaped terraces, social areas and a clubhouse. The developer also plans to introduce automated robotic parking and double-decker elevators to improve convenience within the building.
Berkeley Tower’s architecture will feature a sculpted façade with flowing vertical details and landscaped outdoor spaces. The development reflects growing interest in high-quality commercial offices within Dubai’s established business districts.
However, Berkeley Tower is currently an announced off-plan development, not a completed or operational skyscraper. Its construction progress and confirmed handover date should be assessed against future official developer updates.
