Dubai: Real estate developer LMD has announced the launch of the Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower, an 87-storey premium commercial development planned along Sheikh Zayed Road, near Dubai’s major business districts. Announced on October 22, 2026, the tower will introduce the Christian A. Rockefeller brand to the international property market.
The project is being developed in partnership with Christian A. Rockefeller, a sixth-generation descendant of the Rockefeller family, represented by Iconique Living Group. According to the launch announcement, the tower is planned to reach approximately 400 metres in height and will offer 332 premium offices across four categories. The development is being marketed as a future landmark in Dubai’s commercial property sector.
The planned tower will include five floors of luxury facilities, including wellness areas, fitness facilities, swimming pools, restaurants, business lounges and meeting spaces. A business centre on the 87th floor is also planned to provide co-working areas, podcast studios and corporate event facilities. Office sizes will begin at approximately 1,077 square feet, while larger businesses will have options for full-floor offices.
Devmark has been appointed as the exclusive sales and marketing partner. The developer is targeting completion in the second quarter of 2031, although this remains a projected handover schedule. The tower has been launched for the market, but it is not yet a completed or operational building.
