Rawalpindi Ring Road reaches 90% completion

Rawalpindi: The Rs. 47 billion Rawalpindi Ring Road project has achieved approximately 90% completion, marking a significant milestone in improving regional connectivity and reducing traffic congestion. Most asphalt work has been finalized, while remaining construction, including safety installations and selected sections, is ongoing. Officials anticipate the road will open to the public within a few months after final touches are completed. The project is expected to enhance travel efficiency, support economic activity, and strengthen transport infrastructure in and around Rawalpindi.
