Peshawar: The 30-kilometer Peshawar Northern Bypass project is progressing steadily toward its 2026 completion target. Officials stated that construction work is advancing at a strong pace to improve traffic management and reduce congestion within the city. Authorities highlighted that the bypass will divert heavy traffic away from urban areas, easing pressure on main roads. The project is also expected to enhance regional connectivity and support smoother trade movement across the region. Experts believe that once completed, the bypass will not only improve daily commuting but also contribute to economic activity by improving transport efficiency.
