New padel tennis courts under construction at Nishtar Park Sports Complex Lahore

Lahore: Significant progress has been made in promoting sports activities as new padel tennis courts are being constructed at Nishtar Park Sports Complex. According to Provincial Sports Minister Faisal Ayub Khokhar, six courts are being developed to meet the rising popularity of padel tennis among youth. The project includes three indoor and three outdoor courts, designed to provide modern playing facilities. Officials stated that the construction is expected to be completed by June within the current fiscal year, after which the sport will be formally introduced at the facility. The initiative aims to encourage healthy activities, support emerging sports trends and enhance recreational infrastructure in the city.
