The 250-acre first phase of the industrial development is projected to generate approximately $2.2 billion in annual exports once fully operational. The project is being supported by substantial utility infrastructure designed to meet large-scale industrial requirements, including 64 MW of power capacity, around 13 million gallons of water per day and industrial gas capacity of approximately 750,000 pounds per day. The scale of these utilities indicates a strong focus on export-oriented manufacturing and industrial activity. If the projected targets are achieved, the development could contribute to export growth, attract industrial investment and create new business and employment opportunities.
