LDA seals 91 illegal commercial properties in Lahore operation

Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority has continued its crackdown against illegal commercial activities, sealing 91 properties across multiple areas under its controlled jurisdiction. The operation was carried out in Gulberg, Model Town, NESPAK Society, Gulshan Ravi, Gujjarpura, New Muslim Town, Shadman, Multan Road, Canal Road, and Government Superior Services Scheme. Officials stated that properties were sealed due to unauthorized commercial use and non-payment of commercialization fees. The affected units include schools, academies, workshops, restaurants, retail shops, and offices. Authorities emphasized that enforcement actions will continue without discrimination to regulate urban development and ensure compliance with building regulations across Lahore.
