Lahore: Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Director General Tahir Farooq conducted an on-site inspection of the ongoing Data Darbar expansion project and the under-construction Bhatti Chowk underpass. He instructed that construction work be accelerated, with additional staff deployed during nighttime hours to ensure timely completion. Finishing work around the shrine is progressing rapidly, reflecting efforts to improve urban mobility and public infrastructure in one of Lahore’s busiest areas. These developments are expected to enhance traffic flow, support local businesses, and increase the value of nearby commercial and residential properties. Will this accelerated urban project improve connectivity and investment confidence in central Lahore?
