Government Raises Petrol Price to Rs335.18, Diesel to Rs383.46 Per Litre

Islamabad: The federal government has increased the prices of petroleum products under Pakistan’s daily fuel pricing mechanism. According to the latest notification, the price of petrol has been increased by Rs3.66 per litre, rising from Rs331.52 to Rs335.18, while high-speed diesel has been raised by Rs4.80 per litre, increasing from Rs378.66 to Rs383.46. The revised rates came into effect on July 25 and are based on fluctuations in international oil prices and recommendations issued through the Petroleum Division and OGRA. The increase is expected to affect transportation costs, logistics, and the prices of goods that rely heavily on road freight.
