CDA Acts Against Illegal Encroachments on Parks and Public Land

ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has initiated a crackdown against the illegal conversion and encroachment of parks and public land across Islamabad. According to officials, multiple violations have been identified and enforcement operations are currently underway to reclaim green spaces. CDA stated that protecting public land is critical for maintaining environmental balance, improving air quality, and ensuring public access to recreational areas. Authorities emphasized that restored parks will enhance the quality of life for residents and support sustainable urban development in the federal capital.
