Barren Land in Fatehpur Transformed into Green Family Park

Layyah: An unused piece of land in Fatehpur, District Layyah, has been transformed into a landscaped family park under Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s green development vision. Official updates from the Layyah district administration state that the project was completed through a public-private partnership to provide residents with improved recreational and green-space facilities. The newly developed Dr Hammad Zaheer Family Park was inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner Layyah Asif Ali Dogar alongside another upgraded public park in Fatehpur. District officials said such projects are intended to beautify urban areas and create safe recreational spaces for families. However, the project’s total cost, land area and detailed construction timeline have not yet been publicly disclosed.
