Lahore: Lahore Traffic Police has shared an online procedure for motorists who believe an e-challan has been issued incorrectly, allowing them to request a review through the Punjab Safe Cities Authority’s e-challan portal instead of visiting a traffic office.
Citizens can search for the relevant challan on the portal, check its details, select the “Review” option and submit the required information and supporting evidence. The complaint is then examined by the concerned authorities and the applicant is informed of the outcome.
An important clarification is that the online review facility itself is not entirely new. PSCA introduced the dedicated online review feature in August 2025; the latest Lahore Traffic Police guidance explains how motorists can use the existing facility.
PSCA reported in April 2026 that more than 38,000 incorrect e-challans had been cancelled and over 162,000 citizens had benefited from the review facility.
For assistance with the process, Lahore Traffic Police has advised citizens to contact 0322-5638888.
