Top leaders from US, Iran and Pakistan set for historic talks

Islamabad: High-profile leaders and officials from the United States, Iran and Pakistan are expected to participate in crucial peace negotiations in Islamabad. From the US side, Vice President JD Vance, Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, Jared Kushner and CENTCOM Commander Brad Cooper are likely to be involved. Iran is expected to be represented by Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, along with other senior officials. Pakistan’s delegation includes Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Army Chief General Asim Munir, Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and National Security Adviser Asim Malik.
