The Vertical Begins Elevation Construction in Liberty Market as Bookings Cross 70pc

Lahore: The Vertical has formally moved its Elevation commercial project in Liberty Market into the construction phase, following a groundbreaking event attended by investors and industry stakeholders. The developer describes Elevation as a premium retail development covering around 13 kanals and planned to offer more than 500 retail spaces. Momentum Pakistan reported that over 70 per cent of the project’s retail shops have already been booked, while the developer is promoting a target of possession within one year. The Vertical’s official social channels also confirm that Elevation has entered the construction phase in Liberty Market. CEO Muteeb Siddiqi said the project is intended to bring modern retail planning and development standards to one of Lahore’s established commercial districts.
