Mohsin Naqvi Opens Upgraded Aabpara Police Station With Modern Public Facilities

Islamabad: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi inaugurated Aabpara Police Station after its reconstruction and upgradation, presenting it as a model of modern, dignified and citizen-friendly policing in the capital. During the visit, he inspected the SHO office, DRC, inquiry office, waiting area and citizen facilitation counters.

He directed police officials to ensure prompt public grievance redressal, take action on every application, avoid unnecessary delays in FIR registration and deal with citizens in a courteous and responsible manner. Mohsin Naqvi also appreciated the role of the Dispute Resolution Committee, saying police stations should become places where citizens come with trust, not fear.
