Lahore traffic wardens save unconscious citizen with CPR

Lahore: City Traffic Police wardens set a strong example of public service by giving immediate CPR to a passerby who became unconscious on the road, helping save his life before further medical support. CTO Lahore Syed Abdul Raheem Shirazi appreciated Traffic Warden Ali Akbar, Rashid and Assistant Abdul Majeed for their quick response, awarding them cash prizes and appreciation certificates. He said traffic officials are not only responsible for enforcement, but also for protecting human lives on roads. Such emergency response improves public trust, road safety and confidence in civic services. Better emergency preparedness also supports safer urban mobility around commercial and residential zones. Will this encourage stronger public service culture in Lahore?
