Lahore plans five-star plus hotel under development drive

Lahore: A new five-star plus hotel is planned under a fresh development drive aimed at expanding the city’s luxury hospitality sector and strengthening business infrastructure in Punjab. Officials say the hotel will be designed according to modern international standards to attract local and foreign visitors, corporate travelers and tourism-related investment. The project can create employment opportunities, increase commercial activity and support Lahore’s growing role as a major hospitality and business hub. For real estate, high-end hotel development can raise nearby land value, improve investor confidence and encourage mixed-use commercial projects around key urban locations. Will this project help position Lahore as a stronger tourism and investment destination?
