Lahore DC reviews control room performance, orders faster complaint resolution

Lahore: Deputy Commissioner Lahore Captain (R) Muhammad Ali Ejaz chaired a review meeting to assess the performance of the district control room and improve public complaint handling. Officials stated that the control room is operating 24/7 in three shifts, ensuring continuous monitoring and response. Authorities highlighted that instructions have been issued to further strengthen the reporting mechanism and ensure real-time resolution of public issues. The DC emphasized that representatives of all major stakeholders must remain on duty, especially during major events, to provide immediate relief to citizens. Daily monitoring and follow-up of pending complaints have also been made mandatory to enhance efficiency and public service delivery.
