Construction activities are progressing at Aureum Mall & Residences, a mixed-use project by Al-Falah Real Estate & Builders at the Bahria Town Ring Road Interchange in Lahore. The latest developer update states that the project is moving from planning into active on-ground development. Excavation and foundation-stage activities mark the beginning of physical construction at the site. The development is planned to combine commercial spaces, residential apartments, corporate offices and hospitality facilities in one project. According to the developer’s promotional update, 40% of the project’s inventory has been sold, while interested buyers are being invited to secure the remaining units. The project remains under construction, and the sales figure represents a developer-issued marketing claim.
