The project is located on Main Sialkot–Daska Road and features an organised road network designed for residential and commercial use. According to Etihad Town, work is progressing across Blocks A, B, C and the Executive Block. The developer says its focus remains on modern infrastructure, quality construction and carefully planned living spaces. In September 2026, residential plot possession was handed over approximately 1.5 years after the project’s launch, while commercial possession had already been delivered in January. Ongoing development is intended to further improve facilities and strengthen the project as a planned residential destination in Sialkot.
