Karachi Mayor Announces Drone Technology for Drain Monitoring Ahead of Monsoon

Karachi: Mayor Murtaza Wahab has announced the use of drone technology to monitor drain cleaning and desilting operations ahead of the monsoon season. During an inspection of key stormwater drains including Gujjar Nala, the mayor reviewed the progress of ongoing cleaning work. He stressed the need for transparency and efficiency and urged citizens not to throw waste into drains. The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) is fully prepared to handle any monsoon-related emergencies.
