Dubai to Host Eight-Day New Year’s Eve Celebration in Downtown

Dubai will welcome 2026 with an eight-day New Year’s Eve celebration as Emaar turns Downtown Dubai into a massive open-air stage from December 31 to January 7. Burj Park will be the main hub, offering a Bollywood-themed experience curated with Frontstage, part of Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment. Tickets cost Dh950 for adults and Dh550 for children aged 5–12, while kids under five can enter free.The programme includes a grand parade across Downtown Dubai, featuring illuminated puppets, giant floats, and live performances that showcase the city’s creativity and cultural diversity. Each night, special shows will light up Burj Khalifa with drones, cinematic choreography, and live global broadcasts. Emaar founder Mohamed Alabbar says the event will deliver an unprecedented, fully immersive New Year experience.
