The UAE has been ranked the fourth most attractive global destination for buying holiday homes, according to a new Property Finder study covering 32 countries. The analysis highlights the UAE’s strong appeal driven by safety, hospitality, modern infrastructure, economic stability and forward-looking urban planning. Spain, France and Portugal secured the top three positions, while the US ranked fifth. The UAE outperformed most countries in connectivity, earning 88.2 points due to eight international airports, six national carriers and links to over 600 destinations. Its investor-friendly regulations — including 100% foreign ownership, zero annual property tax and the Golden Visa programme — further boost confidence.
