World’s Safest Cities 2025 List Released, No Pakistani City in Top 50

The 2025 list of the world’s safest cities has been released by CEO WORLD Magazine, ranking 300 cities based on crime rates, security arrangements, law enforcement performance, and overall stability. Abu Dhabi secured the top position with a safety score of 97.73, followed by Taipei and Doha. Several cities from the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai and Ajman, also featured prominently among the safest destinations. However, no Pakistani city managed to enter the top 50. Islamabad ranked 77th, Lahore stood at 112, while Karachi ranked 257. Experts stress the need for stronger urban security measures to improve Pakistan’s future global standing.
