WASA sets new recovery record, collects Rs440 million in April

Muhammad Muzamil Awan : Lahore: WASA has achieved a new revenue recovery record under the leadership of Managing Director Saqib Raza, collecting Rs440 million in April. The recovery exceeded the monthly target of approximately Rs425 million set in the annual budget. Officials credited the performance of revenue directorates and appreciated the efforts of Deputy Managing Director Admin Shoaib Rashid and his team. The MD stated that improved recovery will enable better delivery of public services and infrastructure maintenance. He urged consumers to ensure timely payment of dues to support WASA’s financial stability and continued service improvement across the city.
