Union Town Takes Shape as Roads and Infrastructure Advance Across Lahore

Lahore: Development activity is continuing at Union Town, a residential and commercial project located along Pine Avenue with access from Abdul Sattar Edhi Road. Union Developers currently lists the project as “under active development”, while its development portal says infrastructure and site progress are being tracked through regular monthly updates.

The developer’s project information highlights ongoing road and infrastructure development, including a 150-foot main boulevard, while an earlier December 2025 development update confirmed that work on the boulevard was progressing on ground. Union Town is being developed with residential and commercial plots, while several larger community facilities remain part of the project’s planned development programme.

Union Developers describes the project as LDA-approved and says it is recorded among LDA’s approved private housing schemes. The LDA maintains a public approved-schemes portal; however, buyers should still independently verify the latest approval record, specific block status and plot documentation before any transaction.
