Islamabad’s 30-Storey Giga Mall Extension Takes Shape in DHA Phase II

Islamabad: Construction is continuing on the Giga Mall Extension in DHA Phase II, with the latest developer update showing substantial structural work underway on the high-rise project. Giga Group’s official project page currently lists the development as “In Progress” and carries construction updates dated July 2026.

The extension is planned as a 30-storey mixed-use development adjacent to the existing Giga Mall. According to the developer, it is designed to include retail space, hotel apartments, dining and entertainment facilities, while being directly connected to the existing mall complex.

The project was originally announced on a site of around 14.5 kanals, with the first three floors planned to connect directly with Giga Mall. Current official material confirms active construction, but no fresh independently verified completion percentage or final opening/possession date was identified.
