Tomorrow World Group Announces AED 8 Billion Real Estate Pipeline for Dubai

Tomorrow World Group has unveiled an ambitious AED 8 billion (USD 2.2 billion) real estate development pipeline that will begin reshaping Dubai’s skyline from 2026 onward. After two decades as a global multi-sector enterprise and portfolio investor, the group is now entering Dubai’s property market as a full-scale developer.The pipeline includes 20+ projects planned between 2026 and 2028, featuring premium waterfront residential communities and advanced commercial developments. Early launches include Tomorrow 166, a boutique residential project on Dubai Islands, and Tomorrow Commercial Tower, a Grade A smart office building in International City.Founder Xu Ma said the expansion reflects the company’s long-standing confidence in Dubai and aligns with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan. All projects will be self-funded and supported by established contractors to ensure high delivery standards
