Seven New Locations Announced for M-Tag Installation in Islamabad

The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) administration has introduced seven new M-Tag installation points to facilitate vehicle owners ahead of the enforcement deadline. These new centers—located at Kachnar Park I-8, Islamabad Club, Lake View Park, F-9 Park, Tarlai, Gulberg Greens, and 26 Number Chungi—will operate from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., offering a convenient 12-hour service window. The initiative aims to reduce congestion and help thousands of commuters complete the mandatory M-Tag process smoothly. Additionally, the Excise and Taxation Office in H-9 has also begun offering M-Tag services from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. to accommodate heavy footfall during later hours, providing citizens with an extra service option in the evening
