Saudi Arabia to Welcome First Atlantis & One&Only Resorts

Saudi Arabia has signed a landmark joint venture between Midad Real Estate, Jeddah Central Development Company (JCDC), and Kerzner International, bringing the world-famous Atlantis and One&Only resorts to the Kingdom for the first time. Announced at the TOURISE Global Summit, the project will redefine Jeddah’s waterfront by transforming Jeddah Central into a global tourism, leisure, and entertainment destination. Atlantis Jeddah will feature branded residences, Aquaventure Waterpark, the Lost Chambers Aquarium, luxury dining, retail, and a waterfront entertainment pier. One&Only Jeddah will introduce villas, suites, Private Homes, seven dining venues, a wellness centre, and a private beach.
