Islamabad: Construction work on key motorway sections M-12 (Sialkot–Kharian) and M-13 (Kharian–Rawalpindi) is progressing steadily, according to latest updates. On M-12, about 88% of earthwork, 72% of road base and 61% of major structures including bridges and interchanges have been completed. Meanwhile, M-13 has achieved 68% earthwork, 55% tunnel excavation for the Shaheen and Falcon tunnels and 45% bridge construction.
