Multan: Royal Swiss Housing has highlighted early possession as a major development milestone, stating in its latest promotional update that possession was delivered 30 months ahead of schedule. The project is located on the Bahawalpur Road corridor in Multan and is being developed in association with Habib Rafiq (Pvt.) Ltd.
The project’s published delivery schedule lists Swiss Executive possession for August 2026, while Swiss East is scheduled for possession in November 2026. Development in Swiss East was already listed as underway, with asphalt works targeted for August 2026.
Royal Swiss Housing’s older public roadmap had stated that possession of the first sector would be delivered within three to five years, while recent project updates show development and possession moving into active delivery stages.
