Sialkot: Etihad Town Sialkot has entered another development stage, with a new sales-partner update reporting that asphalt work has started at the project site. The latest visual update shows road-development activity as the developer moves towards the next residential possession milestone.
More importantly, Etihad Real Estate itself said on September 4, 2026 that possession at Etihad Town Sialkot is “around the corner.” Another recent company-linked update specifically says possession of the residential blocks is coming soon, although an exact possession date has not yet been announced.
The developer’s official project page confirms that development is currently progressing across Blocks A, B, C and the Executive Block. The project is located on Main Sialkot–Daska Road, with an 800-foot frontage and a planned 120-foot Main Boulevard.
There is an important distinction in the possession story. Etihad Business District Sialkot has already been delivered, with possession handed over to customers in April 2026. The current “possession around the corner” announcement relates to the project’s residential blocks, rather than the already-delivered Business District.
The current payment structure published by Etihad Town includes a 20% payment at possession for residential and commercial plots, further showing that possession is a defined stage in the project’s payment plan.
