Pakistan Airports Authority Plans Chairlifts & Cable Cars at Three Major Airports

The Pakistan Airports Authority is planning to introduce chairlifts, cable cars, and zip lines at three major airports: Jinnah International Airport (Karachi), Allama Iqbal International Airport (Lahore), and New Islamabad International Airport. This initiative aims to improve passenger movement, reduce congestion, and offer an innovative transport solution within airport premises. The authority has issued a tender inviting companies to design, build, and operate these modern transport facilities. The project will enhance efficiency in passenger handling and create a more user-friendly travel experience.
