Lahore: Gen Z Property says construction of its 5-marla homes has formally started in New Lahore City, with a model house also inaugurated at the project site. According to the company, the homes are being offered through a four-year instalment plan, targeting younger buyers and middle-income families seeking a completed home rather than only a residential plot.
CEO Inam Sarwar said the company is moving ahead with construction according to its commitments, while Chairman Mian Mubashir highlighted construction quality as a key focus.
New Lahore City is located along the Canal Bank Road corridor, and the original New Lahore City scheme appears on the Lahore Development Authority’s approved-schemes list.
However, the specific Gen Z Property offering requires separate project-level verification.
