LDA Seals 52 Illegal Commercial Properties Across Lahore

Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has intensified its crackdown against illegal commercial buildings across Lahore on the directives of DG LDA Tahir Farooq. The Town Planning Wing carried out operations in LDA-controlled areas, sealing 52 properties for unauthorized commercial use and non-payment of commercial fees. Enforcement teams conducted actions in Gulberg, Faisal Town, Gulshan Ravi, Allama Iqbal Town, and Mustafa Town. Sixteen properties were sealed in Gulberg and Faisal Town, ten in Gulshan Ravi, while 26 properties were sealed during recovery operations in Allama Iqbal Town and Mustafa Town. Sealed properties include private schools, clinics, pharmacies, workshops, showrooms, restaurants, salons, offices, and shops. The operation was supervised by Chief Town Planner Asad-ul-Zaman, with officials confirming that indiscriminate action will continue.
