CDA Launches Auction of Residential and Commercial Plots in Islamabad

Capital Development Authority (CDA) has begun a three-day auction of residential and commercial plots in Islamabad, drawing strong interest from investors. The auction, supervised by the Member Finance and a dedicated committee, is being held at the Jinnah Convention Centre and will continue until December 24. Plots in prime locations including E-11 Northern Strip, Agro Farms, petrol pump sites, and constructed shops in Blue Area are on offer. Under CDA’s investor-friendly policy, buyers receive a 5% discount on commercial plots for payments in US dollars, and another 5% discount for full payment within 30 days. Building plan approval is allowed after 25% payment, while possession is granted after 75%.
