LDA Announces Balloting for New Residential and Commercial Plots

Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has announced a computerized balloting for residential and commercial plots scheduled for February 24, 2026. According to LDA, plots from Johar Town, LDA City, China Scheme Gujranwala, Sabzazar, and Mohlanwal will be included.The ballot comprises five-marla residential plots in Johar Town, one-kanal plots in LDA City, commercial plots in China Scheme Gujranwala and Sabzazar, and three-marla residential plots in Mohlanwal. Payments can be made in 12 quarterly installments over three years, with a 5% discount on lump-sum payment. Applications open December 28, with a deadline of February 11, and can be submitted via the LDA app, website, or Citizen Facilitation Centers.
