Islamabad Airport launches digital lost and found system

Islamabad: Islamabad International Airport has introduced a fully digital Lost and Found system to make passenger services faster, easier and more efficient. According to the Pakistan Airports Authority, the facility has been developed by the airport’s own IT team and will allow travelers to report and track lost items through a digital process. The initiative is aimed at improving service delivery, reducing manual delays and strengthening passenger convenience at one of Pakistan’s major airports. Better airport technology can improve travel experience, support tourism, increase operational transparency and strengthen investor confidence in public infrastructure. For real estate, improved airport services can also benefit nearby commercial zones and hospitality activity. Will this upgrade set a new benchmark for airport services?
