Ishaq Dar Reaffirms Federal Support for Balochistan Development

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a meeting with Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch, President of the National Party, along with the party’s parliamentary members in Islamabad. During the meeting, Ishaq Dar reaffirmed the Federal Government’s commitment to addressing the challenges faced by the people of Balochistan and supporting their constitutional aspirations for economic prosperity and sustainable development. Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch thanked the Deputy Prime Minister and expressed the National Party’s willingness to work with all stakeholders for the welfare and progress of Balochistan. He also stated that insurgent groups operating in the province neither enjoy public support nor possess legitimacy among the people of Balochistan. Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination Rana Sanaullah Khan and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Tariq Bajwa also attended the meeting.
