Illegal constructions demolished in Gulberg zone, strict action taken

Lahore: MCL and Gulberg Zone Planning Squad carried out a targeted operation against illegal constructions in multiple areas, demolishing four structures and sealing another four. The action took place in key locations including Allama Iqbal Road, Bibi Pak Daman, and Sadiq Colony. Authorities stated that strict enforcement will continue against unauthorized developments to ensure compliance with building regulations. This move under the Development & Control Bodies Cluster reflects increasing efforts to control illegal construction activities in Lahore. For residents and investors, such actions can improve urban planning standards and protect property value in regulated areas. Will stricter crackdowns stop illegal constructions in your locality?
