Gujranwala pushes zero waste awareness for cleaner city

Gujranwala: Deputy Commissioner and GWMC Chairman Naveed Ahmed visited Commissioner House Road early morning and reviewed cleanliness awareness activities under Suthra Punjab Agency Gujranwala. He appreciated the zero waste awareness walk arranged for the public and directed workers and officers to continue both cleanliness operations and citizen awareness campaigns. The initiative aims to improve civic behavior, reduce waste dumping and promote a cleaner urban environment across the city. Stronger sanitation and beautification efforts can improve public health, enhance commercial areas and support better city perception. For real estate, cleaner neighborhoods often increase buyer confidence, improve rental appeal and strengthen local business activity. Can public awareness make Gujranwala a cleaner and more attractive city?
