Faisalabad development schemes undergo strict quality inspection

Faisalabad: A quality assurance team visited the city to inspect ongoing development schemes under the Punjab Development Program on the directions of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif. The team reviewed construction work at different underground storage tank sites, including Hockey Stadium, Crescent School Ground, General Hospital Ghulam Muhammad Abad and Pakistan Chowk. It also inspected work on Jail Road drain and other development schemes, checking the standard of construction material being used at the sites. Officials said quality material is being ensured across all projects, while consultant agencies are monitoring the work and safety measures have been strengthened. Better infrastructure quality can improve urban drainage, public facilities and nearby property confidence. Will this raise Faisalabad’s development standards?
