Electric Bus Service Launched in Rajanpur

RAJANPUR: Punjab has expanded its electric transport network with the launch of a new Electro bus service in Rajanpur City by the Punjab Transport Company. The initiative aims to provide affordable, safe, and environment-friendly public transport for local residents. The air-conditioned buses charge a flat fare of Rs. 20 and offer free Wi-Fi, mobile charging ports, and wheelchair access. The service operates on a loop route connecting major city points, including educational institutions and administrative centers. Officials say the project will help reduce traffic congestion, cut pollution levels, and improve daily commuting facilities in the district.
