Dubai to Host PropTech Connect Middle East in February 2026

Dubai will host the Middle East debut of PropTech Connect in February 2026, marking a major milestone in the region’s real estate digital transformation. Organised in partnership with the Dubai Land Department, the two-day event will take place from February 4–5 at the Grand Hyatt Dubai. More than 3,000 participants and 1,500 companies from real estate, technology, and venture capital sectors are expected. The conference will focus on data, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and digital efficiency across residential, commercial, hospitality, and industrial property segments.
