The main grey structure of the Nasir Bagh Underground Parking Plaza in Lahore has been completed. The two-level facility is being constructed by TEPA under the supervision of the Lahore Development Authority. Latest progress reports indicate that around 84 percent of the overall project has been completed. Electrical work, flooring, painting, elevators, cameras and the parking management system are now being installed. According to LDA Director General Tahir Farooq, the plaza will accommodate more than 256 cars and over 500 motorcycles. Once operational, the facility is expected to reduce roadside parking and improve traffic flow around Lower Mall and nearby areas.
