LDA demolishes 5 illegal properties, seals 63 in major Lahore crackdown

Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority’s Town Planning Wing has intensified enforcement against illegal properties on the directions of LDA Director General Tahir Farooq. During operations across different parts of the city, five illegal properties were demolished while 63 others were sealed over alleged violations. Enforcement teams carried out operations along LDA City Road, Shahid Town and Pak Arab Housing Scheme, as well as Gulberg, Faisal Town, Canal Road, Shadman and other schemes. The action forms part of LDA’s ongoing drive to enforce approved building regulations and town-planning requirements across Lahore.
